What is cuter than a little man sleeping in a john deere dump truck? Kolby is SOOO cute and right when I saw the dump truck I knew I had to put him in it. He did great for the rest of his session too (of course until he had to get changed and didn't want to go back to sleep). It was ok with me though as I had already done three set ups before he woke up. Can't wait to watch this little guy come into his own. Here's your own little sneak!!! Want your own maternity, newborn, or family session...contact me today at firstname.lastname@example.org or visit the contact page.
I had a consultation back last year with Precilla who was a glowing soon to be mom. She loved my pictures and I promised we would get her some AMAZING shots too. Yesterday was her reveal and she was in love with all of them!!! I can't wait till the whole family can come back for newborn photos. If you are interested in a session with Ashley's Perfect Prints contact me today at email@example.com or on the contact page.
What is cuter than a little newborn baby? One that looks like a little man and you get to cuddle. I was not able to be there when Mr. Kolby made his arrival but that did not stop me from making sure he had a few fresh 48 pictures before he was sent on his way to his new home with his Mom, Dad and big sister (who by the way loves him to pieces). Kolby was born 12/15 just after 4 o'clock and clocked in at 7 lb 6.9 oz and 20 inches. He did not like his first bath, but hopefully he will still turn into a water baby. He is cuter than a button and has such tiny features eventhough he is just about 2 lbs heavier than his sister was. It was quite a while waiting to get to see this handsome little man, but I have to say now that he is here he is going to fit right in.
Sexy Star Wars....Boudoir with a Twist
When you think of Star Wars what do you think of: Classic - Innovative - Legendary - Inspired - Grabbing. I bet you never think of Sexy Boudoir. At Ashley's Perfect Prints I love to take on a challenge I have to say I love this session for a sexy themed Star Wars Boudoir and I never would have guessed it would have come out like this. It all started at our consultation where she told me her boyfriend LOVED Star Wars and what could we do special for him. It is their anniversary soon and she wanted to knock his socks off. We talked about what she had that she could wear and I wanted to keep it simple (we wanted the eyes on her). She told me how he had a robe and a light saber for one outfit, a t-shirt and socks for another, and that she had an outfit she wore to comic con too. I have to admit I was a bit skeptical. We talked about different poses that we could do in each and made sure I knew what she was comfortable with.
Skip ahead to her session day when she came in for her hair and makeup and I finally got to see these outfits. They were perfect for boudoir with a twist!!! She absolutely rocket the session. Each outfit we worked to make sure Star Wars was always in view or that the idea of Star Wars was present. Her facial expressions and the poses that we did made for a perfect session. Here are some of her shots (more located under Boudoir tab).
She came back for her reveal and could not believe how well they came out or that she was looking at herself. She knew that he would love them and could not wait to share them when she went to visit him (he is in training right now). Another happy and satisfied customer!! If you are interested in booking a Boudoir Session please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Heather and Robbin's Wedding
I had the chance to meet Heather back in the beginning of the year when she won an engagement session with Ashley's Perfect Prints. It was still very early in the year but she knew she wanted Robbin and herself to have engagement photos done at Stanley Park once it was nice enough outside (and the New England snow had finally melted). When that day had finally come and I met them at the bridge it took all of 5 minutes to see the love and fun that they had together. They are what every relationship should look like. They were strong for each other while doing just about anything under the sun to make each other laugh and allow me to capture their amazing engagement. I was able to make them a priceless video of all of their photos to share with everyone.
A few months later I was contacted by Heather again to sit down with them to talk about their wedding and how they wanted to me to also capture those special moments. I could not have been more humbled. I loved working with them for their engagement session and knew that capturing their wedding would be fun also. We talked about what they were looking for on their special day and I talked to them about the best package that would fit their needs. I learned that they had knownn each other for quite a while and that fate had brought them back together. They had the perfect story and a dream come true all at the same time.
Their wedding day came quickly and I cannot say enough about it. Heather was absolutely beautiful in her wedding gown and of course Robbin looked handsome in his fall colored suit. The church was gorgeously decorated with fall colors and her maid of honor even sang them a song during the ceremony. All the pews were filled with friends and family that love and adore them to complete the fairy tale dream wedding. After the wedding we went to the park to capture the bride, groom and their wedding party with the perfect fall trees in all their color. Although it was cold everyone pulled through and helped create amazing photos that Heather and Robbin will cherish forever. They ended the night at their dinner reception and have now gone off to start their lives as HUSBAND and WIFE. Congratulations Heather and Robbin and I wish you all the best!!

Cake smashes are one of my favorite type of photography sessions. You can make them custom to the theme that is happening for their birthday party. Of course as you can see this cutie had a moustache theme, so I found a cute banner and worked with my cake decorator to make a mustache cake. The banner also had an outfit made by the same company, so I told the family and they bought the outfit that can also be used later at his birthday party.
This is another family that I have been lucky enough to capture their special moments many times. When I first met this little guy he could not even sit himself and boy has that changed!! He gave mom and dad a run for their money while in the session. We did all of his regular session then came the fun part.... the cake. Will he smash it, will he not touch it, will he eat it? You never know and that is my favorite part of cake smashes. I took some before pictures, put him down and told mom and dad just let him go. Of course first to go was the banner (I think we all called that one). He then started smashing, and smashing, and smashing. The funny part about him was there was NO EATING!!! I have done a bunch of cake smashes and while they were all different all of the children at least tried the cake. He wanted absolutely nothing to do with eating it. I guess he took cake smash to a literal level! It made for great pictures as by the end you could barely see all of his fingers and toes and the cake was completely gone (not a good thing for his sister and cousin who were lying in wait for him to finish).
All in all it was a great session and the pictures came out priceless. Looking for a cake smash? Contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I have been lucky enough to be able to capture many moments from these three cuties since I opened my business. I love being able to watch them grow and see how they change every time they come to see me. The first time I met them the little guy was just learning how to sit and now boy can he run. The girls have grown also when it comes to their personality and love for each other. We went to Stanley Park for this session in the rose garden that was in full bloom and gorgeous. All of them loved picking different color flowers and of course they loved the water fountain that was giving off a beautiful rainbow in the pictures. When you look at the slide show you can see how cool the rainbow looks like in both the picture with the girls looking at the fountain and him at the gazebo and the fountain in the backroom. We had so much fun laughing and them running to get to the new place that they wanted to go. We were even able to get all of them together on both the bench and in the gazebo (easier said than done with 3 children but I knew I would make it happen)!
When mom and the girls came for the reveal I have to say I was so moved to watch the girls see themselves in the pictures and how it made them feel special and the smiles it put on their faces was absolutely priceless. This is the reason I do this. I want people to feel special and whether it is newborn or children, seniors or boudoir everyone wants to feel good about themselves. What better way than to get great photos that encompass how you look and feel. Contact me for a session at email@example.com
I had the honor to meet one of the best friends a person could ever ask for. I was contacted to do a maternity session but it was not for the person that was calling but for her friend. I was told that she had never had the opportunity to do them in the past and that she really deserved them and was an amazing friend. I met them both at our consultation and that was where the surprise came out and the start of a beautiful pregnancy session began. We went over what she liked for products and what kind of pictures she wanted. We booked the session quickly and still almost didn't make it (the little guy came only a few days after her session).
When they came for the session funny enough they had brought one of the same outfits that I had for maternity and the second was very similar to one of mine. She also had an amazing black dress that looked gorgeous on her. She had that beautiful pregnancy glow and for someone who didn't even know there were doing a session a week earlier she did amazing. Her pictures came out priceless and to know that an 8x10 will even be going to Puerto Rico to her mom is beyond what I would ever think would have happened with my photography.
Of course as always if you would like to book a session please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org. You can never book too early as spots are filling very quickly.
I have a new studio!!! So as many of you know I once had a studio about a year and a half ago and had to get rid of it when I got pregnant with my little man. I am far from regretting that decision as it was very small, a horrible color, and had nothing to offer for photography. I knew quickly that if I'm going to do this I want to do it right and that was not right. Now that I am past the crazy newborn stage and business is going great again I knew it was the right time to start looking again. This time I knew that I had to do it right. There needed to be more space and I had to think about what would make the best pictures for all of you. That is when I found Cabotville Industrial Park. I loved the large windows and my space also offers a great white brick wall that would be amazing for boudoir, children, maternity, etc. It was also more than enough room at 900 sqft to do sessions, reveals, and consultations. I knew I had to have it!! The only draw back to the location is that when doing sessions on the weekends you have to drive around the back to get in (as they lock the front gates on the weekends). A small price to pay for great pictures.
Along with the new studio as I said earlier is now the option to meet there for a consultation. You will have the option to see the space, the amazing windows, nice hard wood floors, and the open space that we can use to transform your great to PERFECT. While there we can sit down and go over what we can do to customize your session, you can see a ton of beautiful samples, and any props that you may want to use for your session. So as a new page turns in the Ashley's Perfect Prints business I want to invite all of you to come see the studio and see what I can do for you. October is just about full and I am looking forward to holiday photos and all the fun that I can have in my new space!! (Photos taken on my phone since my camera has yet to meet the new place lol...not the best quality but more to come).
Want to see more google Cabotville Industrial Park to see some of the options for amazing outside photos too.
Everyone always asks what type of products I offer to my clients. I have decided to go through all of them so that you are more comfortable and understand why I chose them as products. First off all of my products are meant to be heirloom products that you can keep for years to come. They can either be handed down to your children or kept as an amazing memory for yourself to look back on as you get older. Today I am going over the image box (one of my favorite items). I love image boxes for many reasons. They can easily be displayed by themselves with a custom picture on the front. Who doesn't want to display their favorite photos for when friends and family come over or even place them in the bedroom for only a few eyes to see. All of the photos are mounted on styrene keeping them strong. When buying products with me you know you are getting the best and you can feel it when you hold a mounted print (always brought to a consultation).
You can get 10 or 20 - 5x7 images to place inside the image box to make sure you get exactly what you want. The image boxes can also be easily packaged up and used as a gift for a family member or a special someone (amazing for boudoir gifts). Lastly, you can buy stands or frames and place your pictures on display also allowing everyone to see more of your pictures outside of the box. With all of these options you can see why they are one of my clients favorite items. Both the small and large box can be bought a la carte or in packages for all sessions. If you would like more information or would like to set up a consultation for any type of session please contact me at email@example.com or 413-885-4751.
Had another boudoir session today and let me say that she did amazing! This one was a little different as her boyfriend knew she was coming to have the session done. She gave her him the option of what he wanted her to wear at the session with his ultimate favorites. She packed up a bunch of things and made her way over to the studio. We laid everything out and put the must haves in one pile and the maybes in another. Ler me tell you she has a ton of shoes!! We talked about what kind of pictures that her boyfriend would like or what his favorite assets are and worked to make sure we had special ones that we know he would love. We started with a football jersey on the bed to get her comfortable. This was the number one must have and is a fun way to start the boudoir session. Of course we had to get those eyelashes in there also! We also used a few dresses and some that are just for them. We brought out a chair prop and had some fun with that also. As we went through we had some laughs about tips her boyfriend gave her to make sexy faces.
By her second outfit she was a natural even making some of her own poses (apparently America's Next Top Model is a big help). I knew that there may be an album made from this so I made sure to shoot to make sure that she would have enough poses and variation with outfits to put together up to a 15 page album. I have already edited her photos and she got to see them, so the fun of creating products is in the works. If you are interested in getting a boudoir session let me know and we can set up your personalized consultation and let the fun begin. firstname.lastname@example.org
Senior sessions at Ashley's Perfect Prints are some of my favorite. None of them are ever alike. At senior session consultations we talk about howsSome seniors are into different sports, have certain things they love or already know what they are going to college for. These make for completely customized senior sessions. Most of my senior sessions are taken on location, but there are some due to what they would like (or sometimes school needs) that have them do in studio. Both options leave for a multiple array of choices and outfits from casual to the most formal.
With the senior session here she choose in studio. She knew she wanted to wear her cheerleading outfit and also a beautiful formal dress. I then talked to her about a more casual look. She came to the studio ready to go and was amazing knowing what poses she liked and then let me tweek them a bit for lighting and picture purposes. She absolutely rocked her session. We started casual with a pink and white diamond background. We got some great up close shots here. We then moved to her gorgeous formal dress. I knew we spoke about it before hand but it was stunning on her. I brought out a fun chair that matched to emphasise her photos. Of course we saved the best for last.... her cheerleading outfit. I knew this would be difficult inside, but I was up for the challenge. Once again they came out great!!!
Overall it was another successful Ashley's Perfect Prints senior session. So much so that her little sister also set up a session!!! Woohoo. Love my job!!
I was lucky enough to meet Kim, Jason, and their daughter Julia earlier this year when they were looking for a photographer for their upcoming wedding. Kim and Jason are not your normal engaged couple, they have been together for many years. Even after all this time you can see that they have not lost their love for each other and had decided to make it official and tie the knot. They were one of my favorite couples cracking jokes and even coming up with silly things they can say to each other on the day of the wedding to make the other laugh for pictures. I knew then that this would be a fun couple! I showed up the day of their wedding a little early to get ready and talk to both the bride and groom about any last minute things they may have thought of. This is when I got the first glimse of their backyard wedding location...it was GORGEOUS! White chairs lined the walkway that led to a beautiful arch with purple flowers. There was a single white rose on a chair for Jason's mom who had passed away and sunflowers that were on both sides of the main aisle. The other side of the backyard had tables covered in white table cloths and a few different centerpieces. All of these decorations were done by Kim and Jason! In the front they had one big tree that was beautifully decorated for their formal photos by Kim's sister. That also came out great!
As the wedding started you could tell it was full of emotions. The chairs were now full of friends and family that were there to celebrate with them. There were many years memories already made between the famies and many many more of them to come. The bride and groom choose to create their own vows which were absolutely perfect. They both talked about those special memories and even how Kim became Jason's knight in shinning armour (metaphor for her saving him) when early on in their dating she had talked about him being her knight.
The wedding ended with a kiss and then we went through their formal photos as quickly as possible...at this point it was in the high 80's and everyone was hot. They rocked their photos and got to start partying with thier friends and family. Needless to say it was a perfect wedding!!!
With boudoir photography I want to make women feel confident and beautiful no matter what size. Every woman should have photos they are proud of whether it be for themselves or for their significant other. When booking a boudoir photography session with myself I will meet with you to find out what you are looking for from your session. These sessions are great for an anniversary or Chistmas present, for yourself to build confidence, to give to your significant other as a gift before your wedding or just to have some fun.
There is no stress when booking with Ashley's Perfect Prints. My sessions can come with the option of both hair and makeup and are completely photographed by myself with no one else present. We can put on some music, let your hair down, and just relax and laugh. I will talk with you about what you can bring to the session and even have you take a peek at pinterest to get inspiration. Do you or your significant other have a hobby or a favorite shirt (possibly a sports jersey)? I would love to incorporate that into your session to make it more custom.
After your session I will edit the photos and you will come back to choose your favorites. I'll help you pick the best options for products depending on your use of them. This can be anything from prints, to an album or even a fun cube of different photos. About a month later your products will be delivered to you discretely for you to enjoy.
One of the best things when you are pregnant is finding out the gender. You have to wait 20 weeks (which seems like a lifetime when it gets close). April, Jay, and Serenity have been waiting patiently and even had a boy or girl game going on with social media. Well I am lucky enough to get to capture this moment when they come out and tell everyone who is coming for an early Christmas present. We talked about different ways to tell everyone and one of their favorite was the hand prints on the shirt (which is now a special item that will be kept forever). Behind the scenes you would think that paint on hands then a shirt would be a simple thing to do. What we didn't account for was how fast the paint dries. It gave us some laughs when he pulled off his hands and there was absolutely nothing on her shirt (and he looked like a smurf). The second time we were much quicker an I have to say it couldn't have worked more perfect. They also came out with a couple of other ideas they had seen on pinterest that I was happy to take for them. I know that everyone is in suspense and has been waiting to know. So without further adieu the new baby is a BOY!!! Congratulations as we get ready to welcome baby Kolby Jameison to the world and to all who had guessed a boy.
If you are pregnant and would like to do a gender reveal to share with everyone what you are having contact me today at email@example.com. I would love to help you make memories to share with your soon to be little one, family and friends. This is a once in a lifetime experience so lets have some fun with it!!
At Ashley's Perfect Prints every client is special. Everyone has a reason to get pictures done whether it be maternity, newborn, children, seniors, weddings (and soon to be boudoir!!!) Photography is a capture of a moment in time that will never be here again. Time is constantly chnging and we can only rely on our memory for so long. With Ashley's Perfect Prints I capture those special moments for you to have forever. When the memory is gone of how crazy your pregnancy was, how little your newborns features were, what your little one was like the first time they tried cake, that special moment when your baby became an adult, or the love of your wedding. Years will pass, life takes over and before you know it you will wish you captured these special times in your life. This is where I come in!!
I want to be your all around photographer that you can meet, get to know personally and feel comfortable coming back to again and again from when you were pregnant until your baby graduates and gets married. I put 110% into all of my client sessions to make you feel comfortable and get to know me on a more personal level. I sit down with all of my clients for an initial consultation to answer any questions they may have and learn what they are looking for from their custom session. I will also have questions that make it easier for you to choose what is right from you. Then there is the session. Most people are nervous and excited about this day and I understand this, so all sessions are laid back and fun. We always laugh and believe me I do some crazy things to get a great shot. If someone ever took behind the scenes video of me I could possibly be put in the loony bin. All of the craziness is well worth it to get you the best shots that we put in an album or blow up and place on a canvas for your walls.
With all of these special customizations I am the perfect choice when it comes to your personal photographer. If your looking for a session don't wait for time to pass, capture those special moments now. Contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org
Newborn photography is amazing!! A newborn is only this tiny for a VERY short amount of time and being able to capture these moments is priceless. I was contacted a while back and she already knew she was having a girl. What does that mean for me.... Shopping time!!! I bought this beautiful grey and off white outfit knowing she was coming in. I could not have asked for a more perfect shot from her. Behind the scenes this took a bit as she did not like not being wrapped, but knowing I have a crazy amount of patients I was not giving up that easy. I also love the baby eyes in the black and white picture. Getting a baby under two weeks to look at the camera is not easy. This little one was like a model though. I laid down next to her and her eyes went straight for me. She may just grow up to be a model someday.
I was also lucky enough to get big sister (who got to wear her big sister shirt to the session). She is only three and actually would have rather had her own session on my new black seamless paper :) You can see that she did great with her sister when we started talking about silly spots to sit and how I like to count teeth. She even gave her a couple of cute kisses (one before I was even ready so I was really hoping for one more).
Who can not love newborn photography when you are capturing priceless moments like this. If you are interested in a session please contact me early on in your pregnancy as I only take on a few newborns a month. I'll leave you with a couple more to love. email@example.com
A new part of Ashley's Perfect Prints is a behind the scenes take on how we do everything and fun details of the session. Starting with this family is easy. I love working with them and have had them in my studio in the past. This time we got together at Stanley Park in Westfield, Ma and I also got to take pictures of their cousin with them. The kids did great as it was a VERY humid day and although we went there at 10 in the morning you could feel the heat. The girls had fun being silly and the little guy made me work for those smiles more that you know. Of course it would not be complete without one of their sandals falling off of the bridge and into the water. Don't worry no ducks were harmed :) It was taken out quickly. As we worked our way around staying clear of a ton of ducks that happened to be there that day we were able to get an amazing amount of great pictures for the family. We also talked more about products that they are interested in even though ahead to holiday pictures (it's not that far away....and yes I do already have a backdrop for it).
If your looking for a session for late summer or fall please let me know asap so we can get you a consultation and book your session.
